Originally released alongside the Japanese Pokémon Red Version, Pokémon Green is an earlier version of the first generation of Pokémon, with some noticeable differences to the later Blue version, which would become the basis for the official English releases.

The English-language version I'm playing here is a fan-made hack of the US Pokémon Blue, restoring Pokémon Green-specific visuals, features, and more. This was released on romhacking.net by Skeetendo Inc.:
