When stay-at-home parents decide to teach ESL online, many of them come to me with the same question: "How do I make sure I'm a good online ESL teacher?"

My most common answer is this: if you're worried about being a good teacher, you're probably already a good teacher (or at least on your way to becoming one).

But I also wanted to give you a more actionable response. So, in this video, I have 8 different things you can look at and use to make sure you're a great online teacher!

A little background about me: I went to school to become an elementary school teacher with a focus on teaching ESL (English as a Second Language) students. I get a little technical in this video, but you don't need a college degree to understand or become a good teacher!
