Ieva Drīksna is the entrepreneur and Co‑Founder of Entrepreneurs for Peace (“Uzņēmēji Mieram”). To support Ukraine, she has helped raise multiple millions from businesses and high‑net‑worth individuals. Currently, Ieva is the Chief Operating Officer at Entrum with over a decade of executive experience working with Delfin Group, Mintos and SEB.
Driven by passion and thriving under pressure, Ieva has been a core member of a team identifying and providing support for Ukraine. Her efforts are highlighted by the Order of the Three Stars she received for displaying considerable civic courage and personal presence in providing assistance to Ukraine, its soldiers and civilians.
