Описание: Certified Passive House consultant Trey Farmer took a 104-yr old craftsman house, gutted it and designed it as a passive house, one of the first in the Austin area. In fact, his home is a pilot project for the new passive house certification (PHIUS+ 2018). Achieving such a feat required collaboration - and a lot of learning along the way - between the architect, builder, energy consultant and mechanical contractor. Trey estimates that his home will use 10% of the energy of a comparable home.
