In this episode I examine stimming, it's purpose and it's importance in autism and other neurodiversities.

I look at how stimming is a calming and soothing process that helps manage anxiety and prevent meltdowns and challenging behaviours.

I also look at why stimming shouldn't be repressed - unless it's potentially harmful to others or themselves.
