Unethical Behavior at the Ethics Commission

Описание: On October 15th, the Ethics Commission said they would reconsider Chicken John's application for public financing--including several typos in the original submission. On October 19th the Ethics Commission said they would not reconsider the typos. Why are they continuing to obstruct the public financing program? Is Executive Director John St. Croix trying to prove his loyalty to Gavin Newsom to keep his job?
