• 🥚 Eggs: 3
• 🍬 Sugar: 137g
• 🥛 Milk: 137g
• 🧈 Butter: 54g
• 🌾 Flour: 167g
• 🛢️ Oil (Liquid/Vegetable): 27g
• 🧪 Baking Powder: 1.5 tsp
• 🍦 Vanilla: 0.5 tsp
• 🥜🍇 Walnuts and Raisins: Desired amount
• 🍫 Cocoa Powder: 2 tsp

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. First, beat the butter, oil, sugar, and vanilla in a mixer until homogeneous.
2. Separate the egg yolks and whites. Add the egg yolks one by one to the mixture.
3. Mix the flour and baking powder together. Alternately add the flour mixture and milk to the yolks and mix until combined.
4. Beat the egg whites until they are fluffy and hold stiff peaks (do not fall from the container).
5. Gently add the beaten egg whites to the yolk mixture and fold until homogeneous.
6. Separate a portion of the batter and add and mix 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder into the separated batter.
7. Pour half of the plain batter into the mold. Spoon the cocoa batter over it. Pour the remaining plain batter on top.
8. In a separate dish, mix the raisins and walnuts with a little flour. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the cake.
9. Place the mold inside a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake the cake for 30 to 45 minutes.
