Italian sausage mixture:
1/2 lb Hot Italian sausage
1 small onion
1 bell pepper
2 cloves of garlic minced
Handful of spinach

  Alfredo Sauce:
4 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup cooking wine
3 1/2 cups of milk
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp of parsley
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
1 tsp black pepper

Shredded chicken:
2 skinless boneless chicken breast
2 tsp complete seasoning
2 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
Bake chicken breast at 400 f for 22 minutes. Then shred with a fork.

In a large bowl mix Italian sausage mixture with shredded chicken and 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese, 1 egg and 1 cup of Alfredo sauce.

Boil 9 lasagna sheets for 8-10 minutes.

Spread mixture on lasagna noodles.
Roll up noodles and transfer to casserole dish.
Cover lasagna rolls with remaining Alfredo sauce and Parmesan cheese.


Bake lasagna rolls at 350 for 40 minutes
