Описание: In this lecture in "Basics of Macromolecular Crystallography", Dr Andrea Thorn gives an introduction to the Fourier transform, tracks the history of macromolecular crystallography from Bernal to Rosalind Franklin and in the end, shows how the depiction of biological macromolecules has evolved.

The lecture was held on the 29th of June 2020 via Zoom and attended by ~35 participants from different institutions/countries.
