Hello everyone!
This is a quick step-by-step tutorial on how to get into an arm balancing pose known as the Eight Angle Pose. We will begin the video with a few warm up exercises that will help to warm up our hips, inner thighs and groin and then move into the breakdown of the actual pose. Please note, this is meant to be a short tutorial, and more time might be needed to warm up the body before you are able to get into this pose. Another quick and helpful tip to ensure safety, is to place a pillow in front of you just to make sure that you are safe. Please note that it took me years of practice to get feel comfortable in my arm balances, so if you are not able to get into this pose right away, don't be discouraged. Keep practicing along to this video (or alone) regularly, and surely with time, effort and consistent practice you will get there!
