Russian NGOs worry about new legal restrictions

Описание: Russia's lower house of parliament has passed a bill which could severely limit the activities of pressure groups and charities.

If it becomes law, organisations which receive oversees funding have to declare themselves foreign agents.

It is aimed at pro-democracy groups which accept grants from organisations like the European Union.
