Описание: From deep inside the LiquidGeneration.com archives. Back in the day, everyone on the internet was obsessed with a movie called SNAKES ON A PLANE. For some reason someone thought we should interview the movie's director, David R. Ellis, and we jumped at the opportunity because A) the movie he directed was about snakes taking over a plane and 2) Snakes. ON. A. PLANE. We drove to David's office in Venice, CA and proceeded to conduct a mildly idiotic interview that just about anybody should have walked out of immediately (in fact, around this same time Steve O and Chris Pontius - of JACKASS for crying out loud - walked out of an interview with us because the interviewer (seen in this video!) asked them silly questions in the voice of an Angry Leprechaun. But this might have been during their drug days, so who really knows). But David got it. He knew he helped create something that brought out the crazies from every part of the internet, and we were just one part in a long tail. David was funny, welcoming and seemed like just a nice, easy-going dude. I think he surfed, which all easy-going dudes around CA seem to do. One part of our interview involved trying to make David direct OUR version of the movie that we "wrote," probably on the drive over to do the interview. And he just did it. He directed our stupid Snakes On A Plane Fan Film and it's just...well...it just is. Bless this man doing this. Really, you should have just kicked us out of your office. RIP, David R. Ellis. You're awesome.
