Bruker ELIO to study the Old Woman Praying by Rembrandt at Residenzgalerie in Salzburg

Описание: An XRF Measurement campaign has been organized in Salzburg under the coordination of KHM from Vienna to study the elemental composition of the Old Woman Praying (known as Rembrandt's Mother Praying) by Rembrandt, 1629/30. This activity was performed in the frame of a complete multidisciplinary study where the Bruker ELIO micro-XRF analysis was part of the procedure designed to complete the understanding of the art masterpiece. A total of 4 maps were acquired and stitched together in order to cover the full surface.
