Описание: Algorand is a new foundational blockchain. A PURE (as opposed to "delegated" and/or "bonded") PoS System, Algorand is TRULY scalable, decentralized, and secure (even against a dynamic adversary capable of partitioning the network for an arbitrarily long time). Algorand uses a new and Byzantine Agreement Protocol to reach agreement on a new block, and leverages this extremely efficient protocol to technically (as opposed to aspirationally) achieve self governance ---a crucial, yet often neglected, TECHNICAL aspect of a blockchain. In its 2.0 Version, Algorand agrees on a newly proposed valid block ON THE FLY (i.e., while it is propagated over the network) and finalizes in just a SINGLE round of voting.
