Next, it’s off to Keeneland for a day of fall racing at one of the most iconic horse racing venues in the country. Dalton learns about the track’s history, what makes Keeneland such a special destination and why people travel from all over to experience it. He takes in the excitement of live racing and even enjoys a signature Keeneland Breeze along the way.

The day wraps up at Merrick Inn, an iconic Lexington restaurant set on what was once a horse farm. Dalton discovers the story behind the historic property, learns what makes the restaurant a local favorite and samples several of its incredible dishes.

From the bourbon distilleries to the racetrack and the dinner table, this is a look at the traditions that make Lexington a true reflection of the Bluegrass.
