Base cloth production:
The 50% polyester and 50% nylon staple fibers are fully broken up and mixed by the open cotton process. then after combing and spreading, the base fabric is hot rolled and shaped by a hot gin stick to complete the production.
Coating glue:
PES pulp dot method is to mix certain particle size of PES hot melt adhesive powder with water thickener according to the formula and process to make a stable slurry of certain viscosity. The slurry containing hot melt adhesive is transferred to the base fabric in the form of dots under the pressure of the squeegee through the inner holes of the finely designed circular mesh. Finally, the hot melt glue is melted and cooled by evaporating water in the drying room, and then packed in rolls.
