Method:
Soak 1 cup Aliv (Halim/Watercress) seeds in coconut water for 2 hrs (just enough water for it to soak)
Heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan
Add soaked aliv seeds & cook for 1-2 mins
Now add 1/2 cup grated coconut & cook for 1-2 mins
Finally add 1/4 cup jaggery & mix well
Cook till the mixture comes together
Cool the mix & roll ladoos
Coat ladoos in roasted, half crushed almond powder
