I changed boats so now we have to figure out how it works. So a lot of instruction with the crew on how to do things. Plus they have to get used to everything being electric like power winches. Hardly any physical work to do!
Everything in this boat is electric powered and controlled by electronics. Auto pilot. So it is disorienting to a crew that's used to hard work.
