Recept
1200 gr. čajnih kolutića
Za Fil:
300 ml. mlijeka
5 supenih kašika šećera
3 supene kašike kukuruznog škroba
100 gr. maslaca ili margarina
100 gr. bijele čokolade
Vanilin ekstrakt
Za umakanje keksa
200 ml. mlijeka
100 gr. kokosovog brašna
Dekoracija (opciono)
2 supene kašike krema od čokolade
2 supene kašike đema od marelice
Lješnjaci,orasi ,bademi ,kandirana korica limuna

🥥 No-Bake Tea Biscuit Cake
Ingredients
Base
1200 g tea ring biscuits
Cream Filling
300 ml milk
5 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
100 g butter or margarine
100 g white chocolate
Vanilla extract
For dipping the biscuits
200 ml milk
100 g desiccated coconut
Decoration (optional)
2 tablespoons chocolate spread
2 tablespoons apricot jam
Hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, candied lemon peel

Preparation
1. Cream Filling
Heat the milk with sugar in a saucepan.
Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold milk, then add it to the warm milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat and add butter, white chocolate, and vanilla extract.
Stir until completely melted and smooth. Let cool until lukewarm.
2. Biscuits
Briefly dip each tea biscuit into milk, then roll it in desiccated coconut.
3. Assembling
Arrange the biscuits on a plate or tray and sandwich them together with the cream filling.
4. Decoration
Spread chocolate spread or apricot jam on top.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts or candied lemon peel.
5. Chilling
Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours until set.
