I started the sunny day with a Harsh Brown breakfast at a café. For lunch, I went to a traditional restaurant named "Zeughaskeller", eating Zürcher geschnetzeltes famous veal cuts and indulged in a traditional dessert named Apfelstrudel. The hearty flavors were perfect for the crisp winter atmosphere.
Dinner took me to one of the most famous places for Raclette cheese – Raclette Stube where I experienced a refined take on traditional dish. The highlight was the intense flavour, which was shooking in a positive way. And of course, the infinate cheese was the highlight! Ended my food day with Kaiserschmarrn, which are „Imperior‘s messy pancakes“ soft pancakes with apple and vanilla sauce were prepared perfectly.
