Speckled trout fishing inshore creeks in Oak Island, Nc. Sea trout fishing with 3" zman paddletail. z man in houdini color. 3/16 oz. weedless trouteye jig head. The specks were biting, but, I thought the wind was gonna blow me away. All the fish were caught on the wind protected banks where there were no ripples.
