Warbling is a pucker whistling technique where you change between two pitches. To do this, the tongue needs to change between two positions inside the mouth. It makes a really interesting sound in my opinion.
When learning this, make sure you are only moving the tip of your tongue, and not e.g. your jaw or lips. The position of the tongue will change the pitch when done correctly.
Each pitch has a perfect position for the tongue. I recommend you master one first, and then expand your warbling range gradually.
