Asadong Lengua a capampangan dish, try my in-law’s recipe. One of my husband’s favorite Filipino food. Expensive dish/ delicacy mostly for special occasions like party /fiesta :)
Para sa Sangkap/ Ingredients:
Vihn Hung Store Miramesa
1 regular size beef tongue
1 & 1/2 small cans of tomato sauce
1/2 small can cream of mushroom
1 medium size red bell pepper
3 laurel leaves
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 large size onion
3 tsps calamansi juice
1 scoop of soy sauce
2cups water
Salt and pepper to taste
