Kohlrabi can be grown in most any house. This microgreen is super easy to grow. Maturing into a vibrant plant, wonderful for adding color to any dish. The flavor’s strong and a little bitter. Kohlrabi is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. It is also known to improve connective tissue like teeth and gum health.

START - with the pH balance kit and instructions to balance your water's pH. You want your water between 6 and 6.5

WATER - with 1 cup of water in 10 x 20 tray.

LAY - in the Felt BioStrate

SEED - use 2-3 tablespoons of seeds, sprinkle them evenly on the felt

MIST - with spray bottle

COVER - with another 10 x 20 tray

WATER - Twice a day.
PLACE UNDER LIGHT - 2 - 3 days remove top cover and place next to a window, or under your grow lights

ENJOY - Ready to eat in 7 to 14 days.

HARVEST: Using a sharp knife or clean scissors, cut above the medium bed.

Refrigerate to store. Microgreens can be refrigerated for up to two weeks in a sealed container or zip lock bag. Microgreens store best when they are fairly dry- do not store immediately after rinsing. Rinsing is not necessary when using coco coir or grow mats.

Kohlrabi microgreens are an excellent source of vitamin C, a potent antioxidant that protects your body from free radical damage and plays a role in wound healing, collagen synthesis, iron absorption, and immune health . Kohlrabi microgreens are rich in vitamin B6, which supports immune health, protein metabolism, and red blood cell production.
