This talk was part of the Workshop on "Uniform Distribution of Sequences" held at the ESI April 22 - 25, 2025.
A topological dynamical system is tame if its Ellis semigroup has cardinality that is at most the cardinality of the continuum. In joint work with Jake Sudbery, we investigate whether the Tribonacci shift is tame.
