There are so many styles of yoga that deciding what class to take can be overwhelming! Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar - what do these mean and how do they differ from one another?! We have so many options when it comes to our practice, so I wanted to extend an invitation to you to explore your body with me.
Intuitive Yoga is a blend between a flow class, paced with the breath, and longer, alignment-focused holds to build strength and stamina. This practice has helped me become stronger, and not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
Intuition. It’s a soft sense of knowing. A subtle energy that feels calming and assured.
In this video, I explain what intuitive yoga means to me and how I share that through my teachings.
My yoga practice is alignment-based, designed to connect you to your body and quiet your mind. No prior yoga experience needed, just an open mind and willingness to explore your body!
In our practice, we will build heat from within, and while also stretching your muscles. A harmonious blend of strength and stretch. Sequences are thoughtfully crafted to enhance your understanding of your body and practice by bringing your mind and body into balance.
