For the last few years, Morgan State University has had to house students in hotels due to a lack of dorm space. But not this year — three residence halls have opened. Two of the buildings are fully renovated while the third is a new building. The increased amount of housing is taking place as enrollment reaches record levels. In Legacy Hall, there is an exercise room on every other floor of the 12-story building.
