Investing in real estate in Russia: Sochi vs. Krasnodar

Описание: The other day we tried to invest in real estate in Russia. Here is a short story of how it was.

We started our search for real estate in the resort city of Sochi but soon realized that our savings were not enough to buy anything worthwhile in that city. Then we decided to look for more affordable housing in the city of Krasnodar, the capital of the Krasnodar Region. We talked to a realtor and saw with our own eyes the apartments at various stages of construction. We chose one of the flats on the outskirts of Krasnodar.

After doing all the business, we decided to take a walk around the city. Unfortunately, we were not very lucky with the weather, as the city of Krasnodar was hit with heavy snowfall. Nevertheless, we had time to walk around the city and visit a great park built for the FIFA World Cup.
