(Measurements are for one pie)
INGREDIENTS:
2 (1-½ pound) sweet potato
1 stick butter, softened
½cup white sugar
½ brown sugar
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup condensed milk
2 eggs
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Pinch of salt
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Bake on 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
