A TNL18 possui 7 eixos lineares.
Os porta-ferramentas possuiem longras trajeórias nos eixos X/Y/Z. As novas construções do revólver são os destaques deste torno, pois o movimento de giro é realizado por um eixo NC, sem travamento mecânico.
Isto permite posicionar rapidamente, tanto o revólver como o contrafuso, em qualquer ângulo.
O contrafuso é inovador, está localizado sobre a guia cruzada X/Y/Z, que também carrega simultaneamente o revólver inferior.
O escoamento livre dos cavacos é garantido através da construção vertical da máquina.

Disponível também na versão com 9 eixos.

The TNL18 has 7 linear axes.
Both tool carriers have large X/Y/Z-axis travels. The tool carriers are a highlight of the machine design because the rotary motion is executed by an NC axis without any mechanical locks. This allows to position both turrets very fast at any angle. The counter spindle with integrated lower turret positions on 3 axes resulting in ultimate transfer accuracy.
