Blind Test // Drum Machines - Episode 23 (Electronic Beats TV)

Описание: For this new addition to Electronic Beats Blind Test Series we take a divergence of approach, instead of testing the artists knowledge of records, we put them to the test on their drum machine knowledge.
Joining us is the playful machine manipulator KiNK, Canadian studio mastermind Mathew Jonson, industrial electronica exprerimentalist Jamaica Suk, Brooklyn-based CREEP member, Lauren Flax, Âme’s Frank Wiedemann and one of our regular guests for all things gear related, Hamburg’s Stimming.
Bill Youngman steps up to program a variety of vintage and contemporary drum machines and our all star cast of self professed gear heads are put to the test to see if they can recognise which machine is producing the beats.

Please note that this video is not filmed in real time. It’s edited to create some tension so that you in front of the screen can guess as well. It doesn’t say anything about how fast the participants recognised the track etc.

All contestants receive one point for both manufacturer and model correct, but only half a point if they can only guess the manufacturer or the model.
