Ingredients:
1 kiwi
3-4 mint leaves
1.5 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp Daily Ritual Matcha Powder
2 oz warm water
6 oz sparkling water
Lime juice and sugar for rim

Instructions:
— Rim serving glass with lime juice and sugar.
— Prepare matcha - add matcha powder into a cup with warm water. Using a handheld milk frother, froth the matcha until dissolved. Set aside.
— Muddle kiwi with mint, lime juice, and maple syrup syrup.
— Add ice, sparkling water, and matcha.
— Garnish with kiwi slices and a sprig of mint.
— Enjoy!
