JOINT HYPERMOBILITY // Showing a POSITIVE Beighton Test for EDS, Generalized Joint Hypermobility etc

Описание: I have hypermobile joints! In this video I show the 5 Beighton test maneuvers and how to calculate your Beighton score*! If you are suspected to be hypermobile or to have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), you'll probably be asked to perform the Beighton test as part of getting your diagnosis. Getting diagnosed with EDS is not as simple as just a positive Beighton score, but according to Cleveland Clinic, a positive Beighton score means you likely have joint hypermobility syndrome, which may indicate other health problems that need further testing.
