Meet a Deaf artist who communicates through art and sign language. Hardeep found that speaking did not work for him, no matter how hard he tried. Art became part of his identity and later, when sign language came into his life, sign language became his identity.
He became involved in Ranveer Singh's campaign on making Indian Sign Language the country's 23rd official language.
