gaurāńga tumi more dayā nā chāḍiha
āpana kariyā rāńgā caraṇe rākhiha

Oh Lord Gauranga! Please do not neglect to show me Your mercy! Making me Your own very property, kindly keep me situated at the reddish soles of Your feet.

tomāra caraṇa lāgi saba teyāginu
śītala caraṇa pāyā śaraṇa lainu

With the intention of attaining Your feet, I have utterly renounced everything. Now I have taken full shelter of Your soothing lotus feet.

e kule o kule mui dilu tilāñjali
rākhiho caraṇe more āpanāra bali’

Whether I am related to this family lineage or that family lineage – I have completely abandoned them all. I beg You to mercifully keep me by Your feet, calling me Your own.

vāsudeva ghoṣe bale caraṇe dhariyā
kṛpā kari rākha more pada-chāyā diyā

Vasudeva Ghosa says, “Since I have tightly grasped hold of Your feet, please keep me here by always bestowing their soothing shade.”

The Hare Krsna mantra is known as the mahamantra (greatest of sound vibrations). The mahamantra is chanted requesting Hara (Lord Krsna’s supreme pleasure energy, personified by Srimati Radharani) and the Supreme Lord himself (Krsna - the all attractive one and Rama - the reservoir of pleasure) an opportunity to serve Them (kksongs)

In this age of quarrel and hypocrisy, the only means of deliverance is the chanting of the holy names of the Lord. There is no other way. There is no other way. There is no other way (Chaitanya Charitamrta Madhya 6.242)

Although Kali-yuga is an ocean of faults, there is still one good quality about this age: Simply by chanting the Hare Krishna maha-mantra, one can become free from material bondage and be promoted to the transcendental kingdom (Srimad Bhagavatam 12.3.51)
