In this video, I explain how to fix Taptap Send payment failed due to 3DS authentication error. Many users face this issue while sending money to countries like India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, or Uganda. The transfer fails even after entering correct details.

In my case, the problem happened because my old debit card was still linked to Taptap Send. I had received a new card earlier, but the old card details were saved in the app. Due to this mismatch, the transaction kept failing again and again.

I show step-by-step how to go to Taptap Send settings, open Manage Cards, delete the old card, and add the new card details properly. During the next transfer attempt, I also explain how to approve the transaction from inside the C3Pay app through internal verification notification. After approving the transaction there, the money transfer was successful.
