Ingredients
Carrot 1no
Cabbage 1/2 small
Capsicum no 1
French beans 10-12 nos
Garlic 10-12 nos
Ginger, 2vinch
Green chilli 3bnos
Spring onion 2 bulbs
Panner 200 grams
Fried rice
Oil 1tbsp
Cooked rice 2 cups
Sugar
Salt
White paper powder 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1tsp
Light soy sauce, 1/2 tsp
Spring onion greens A hand full
Gravy
Oil 1tsp
Schezwan source 1tbsp
Ketchup 2 tsp.
Rad chilli sauce
White paper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt
Hot water 200ml
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Water 1/4 cup
Method
Chop all veggies along with ginger, garlic, green chilli &spring onion using a chopper or use a knife as well.
Half the veggies will be added on the riceand the remaining half will be used for gravy.
Cut the panner into small cubes & set a work over high heat& let it get hot.
Next add sugar, salt &akk the remaining ingredients of the fried rice, store well.
Teast and adjust the season if required.
Quick &easy fried rice ready.
For gravy
Set a work over high heat, let it get hot, then aff oil &let it heat up as well.
Add the remaining veggies mixture and cook over high flame for 2 minutes.
Next, add all the sauces along with, add white paper powder , salt, stir well add hot water & bring it too a boil.
Make a corn flour sloury by mixing corn flour slurry by mixing corn flour and water in saparate bowl then add it gradually in to gravy while stirring it continusly this will thicken it up.
Lastly teste and adjust seasoning if required add, spring onion green chopper gravy is ready
Serve the chopper rice by adding the rice a bowl or plate, top it up with the gravy add loads of fried noodles.
