Es conocido el potente aporte de sabor que nos da la tinta de calamar, si además utilizamos un producto tan exquisito (pulpitos y calamares) el resultado es un arroz que no te puedes perder. Cuando añadimos el Pak Choi le damos un punto de frescura y un toque de sabor muy interesante. Es cuestión de gusto comerlo con Allioli, en esta ocasión con Allioli de Espirulina. Un alga con muchas propiedades saludables, de las que no hablaremos, pero si lo hacemos del sutil y suave aporte de sabor a mar que junto con la frescura del Pak Choi y la tinta de calamar el resultado es una auténtica explosión de sabor.
