Gooey, soft white chocolate chip cookies with brown butter! If you love white chocolate, this is perfect for you; if not, feel free to swap it with your preferred chocolate.
This recipe makes about 18-24 cookies, depending on the size. You can also scoop the dough into balls and freeze them so you can bake whenever you fancy a cookie!
Ingredients:
150g (¾ cup) white sugar
200g (1 cup) light brown sugar
170g (¾ cup) browned butter
2 large eggs (room temperature)
335g (2 ½ cups) plain flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp cornstarch
½ salt (skip if using salted butter)
2 tsp vanilla extract
200g (1 cup) chocolate chunks
(reserve ≈30g for topping)
