Описание: Christian Rogers is the assistant dean for Purdue Polytechnic in Indianapolis. In this video, he discusses recent updates concerning theme parks and the development of AI in interactive entertainment. Although Universal’s Epic Universe theme park is thought of as a big step forward technologically and aesthetically, AI in themed entertainment is still in the development phase. According to Rogers, experts are still trying to understand how the use of AI in theme parks affects and supports the experience for guests. Creating a fully immersive experience without breaking the illusion for the participants is an ongoing challenge. Theme parks overall continue to be in high demand, with one report predicting guests will spend $100 billion in 2030 on theme-park-related purchases.
