Quick video of a Cummins QSB 6.7 with excessive blow-by.
The unit had a hard start problem due to the supply fuel line sucking air. (as you can see from the aerated fuel return)
I replaced the fuel supply line and the unit starts no problem.
I narrowed the blow-by down to No.1 cylinder which ended up having a cracked pistons and broken rings.
