With the Queen City expected to add nearly 400,000 residents and 200,000 new jobs over the next 15 years, Charlotte officials are seeking community input to help shape what the city should look like by 2040.
As part of the Charlotte Future 2040 Comprehensive Plan, city staff unveiled 14 Community Area Plans aimed at guiding growth and development. On Tuesday, residents had the chance to weigh in during two public feedback sessions hosted by the city.
