Is this really true or it is just another hoax just to give an excuse for rape and molestation? What I find in India is there are many cases where girls and women are brutally raped and were not following any western cultures. Even The 5-year-old girl got raped many times, why? Was she following the western culture? I Think, It is the biggest slap on faces of people who say rapes are happening because girls are following western culture. People, they need to change their mentality rather than suggesting girls to change their dresses style.
