Lieutenant Colonel Paddy Ankunda, the UPDF spokesperson, discusses the nature of charges against General David Sejusa.
Gen. Sejusa was arrested on 31st February 2016 and on 2nd February he appeared before the General Court Martial where he was charged with 5 counts of conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline, insubordinate behaviour and participation in political party activities.
