GORDY was found in a garbage container with a terrible wound on her
throat. She was saved that day with a fast reaction, but GORDY
COULDN’T SWALLOW, her oesophagus was completely closed.
After several weeks in intensive care being FED THROUGH A TUBE direct to her stomach, Gordy had open heart surgery and we managed to save her.
UNFORTUNATELY, GORDY HAD TO COME BACK TO THE HOSPITAL… as she grows, the diameter of her oesophagus has narrowed and she needs surgery again, otherwise SHE WILL DROWN IN HER OWN SALIVA.
