The Amazing 1970s Spiderman (Action Music Theme Music)

Описание: Recreation of this often forgotten catchy iconic background theme music that was always featured in Nicholas Hammonds 1970s Spiderman TV series. The pilot episode had really high ratings. It soon became a regular TV series with weekly episodes and from early on and within a few episodes, this tune with that twangy electric guitar was established as the background music being played every time Spiderman comes out to play.

Though Nicholas Hammond played Peter Parker,, over 90% of the Spiderman scenes were played by stunt man Freddy Waugh. You could always tell it was obviously a different person playing Spidey, the way he effortlessly ran, jumped about and cocked his head in different directions and his whole stance somehow just did not seem like Hammonds movements. As kids we were mesmerized by what obviously was a real guy actually climbing walls. Since CGI did not exist, it was all done by pulleys and strings with the effect looking as real as you can get. To think it was actually a real stuntman on the walls of a real sky scraper who was slapping his hands and feet on the walls as he is being pulled up by strings. Freddy certainly did some dangerous stuff.

Along with other superhero and good vs evil themes like The Incredible Hulk, Wonder Woman, Six Million Dollar man, Knight Rider, Street Hawk, Airwolf etc. Television in the 1980s TV was an unforgettable era that has left an imprint on the minds of all the 1980s kids.

I hope that this tune brings back some memories for us old 70/80s real Spidey fans. This remake was done all using synths, its a challenge to exactly match the real authentic tune of the original which would have been played using the instruments being played in a studio.
