I. Core Production Process
1. Film Selection & Pretreatment
The film is the core substrate of transparent LED film. After incoming inspection, substrates undergo dust removal, antistatic treatment and surface activation to ensure a clean, flat surface for subsequent processes.
2. Precision Solder Paste Printing

High-adaptability solder paste enhances welding firmness, reducing cold soldering and desoldering risks.
3. SMT Mounting
Surface Mount Technology (SMT) enables miniaturization. VSTAR uses automatic high-speed placement machines with visual positioning, achieving micron-level placement of driver-integrated LED chips. Chip spacing error is controlled within ±0.1mm, with real-time precision monitoring to prevent offset or damage.
4. Reflow Soldering
Semi-finished products enter multi-zone temperature-controlled reflow ovens. Precise temperature curves (preheating, constant temperature, reflow, cooling) ensure solder paste melts fully, forming firm joints. This avoids high-temperature damage to films/chips and eliminates bubble/crack issues, boosting product reliability.
5. Initial Aging Test
To eliminate early failures, semi-finished products undergo 72-hour continuous lighting under rated conditions. We monitor luminous stability, brightness uniformity and circuit status, detecting and repairing cold soldering, chip necrosis or short circuits in advance.
6. Vacuum Potting Encapsulation
Vacuum potting with high-transparent rigid resin ensures even coverage of chips/circuits, no bubbles or impurities. Cured adhesive balances protection (waterproof, dustproof, impact-resistant) and light transmittance, avoiding refraction distortion.
7. Secondary Aging Test
Post-potting, products undergo 72-hour lighting plus high-low temperature/humidity cycling tests. We verify sealing, luminous stability and structural firmness, ensuring stable performance in diverse scenarios with no color deviation or faults.
8. Finished Product Inspection & Delivery
Qualified products pass light transmittance, brightness calibration, appearance, dimension and electrical tests. They are antistatic-packed with manuals and inspection reports. Custom packaging is available for safe delivery.
