Join me on a challenging and unforgettable solo backpacking trip along a remote section of the Florida National Scenic Trail (FT)! In this episode, I hike from the historic River Ranch area north, plunging deep into the incredible Three Lakes Wildlife Management Area (WMA).

Summer is finally losing its grip, and the cooler January temperatures are making for crisp mornings and perfect hiking days! However, the cold has made navigating the frequent water crossings a seriously invigorating experience. I've had to embrace the wet feet and step outside my comfort zone every day!
