Hi friends!
In this video, I’m inking a camellia flower in an engraved / woodcut-inspired pen and ink style, using directional hatching, bold lines, and deep blacks.
This piece is meant to be slow, calm, and meditative, a quiet drawing process you can watch to relax, focus, or simply enjoy the beauty of ink on paper.
For this drawing, I’m also testing the Lumos Pro pen, and I really enjoyed how smooth and controlled it felt, especially for building darker, textured areas.
