Let's be real, "hi-tech" doesn't always mean "good" :P

On this week's episode, kAN, Scrapman, Moonbo, and I decided to build quadcopter drone contraptions and have air battles! It started off as a very simple idea...build a quadcopter, put a cannon on it, go put holes in other people's quadcopters...easy! or so we thought...It turns out it takes a lot of playing around with weight distribution to get your quadcopter/drone to be relatively stable in Trailmakers. In order to make my drone (which ended up looking like a jetpack) more stable, I used angle sensors coupled with thrusters to try and keep it upright and used thrusters to counteract the force of the gun's recoil action. Overall it turned out to be a pretty cool creation, although there IS a lot of room for improvement. We had a BLAST facing up against each other in our attack drones, and I hope you guys enjoyed watching the action! See you next week!
